1 slice pickle
2 tbsp (30 mL) Bone Dust BBQ Seasoning
2 tsp (10 mL) prepared hot horseradish
Splash Worcestershire sauce
hot sauce to taste
4 oz (120 mL) Jack Daniel’s
6 oz (180 mL) tomato clam cocktail
salt, pepper and Bone Dust BBQ Seasoning to taste
2 6-inch skewers

Rim a couple of glasses with a pickle. Spoon Bone Dust BBQ Seasoning onto a plate evenly. Rim the glasses with Bone Dust BBQ Seasoning. Any combination of any of the following drink garnishes: Olives, pickles, watermelon pickles, hot peppers, pepperoncini, spicy green beans, cheese (smoked cheddar, bocconcini, smoked gouda), smoked sausage, poached or grilled shrimp, capers, pickled onions or pickles beets. You choose and create your own salad skewers. Fill glasses with ice. Add a teaspoon of prepared hot horseradish into each glass. Add a splash of Worchestershire sauce and hot sauce. Add 2 oz of Jack Daniel’s to each glass. Fill remainder of the glass with tomato clam cocktail. Stir, sip to check for seasoning. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Bone Dust BBQ Seasoning. Garnish with salad skewer and serve.
