This is the healthy alternative to a milk shake with a bit of a kick. Place the berries evenly spaced onto a parchment-paper-lined cookie sheet. Place in the freezer until frozen, approximately 2–3 hours. Place frozen berries, frozen yogurt, a drizzle of honey, Southern Comfort, Chambord Liqueur and ice cubes into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into large frosty glasses and serve immediately.
