Maple Grilling Planks are made from 100 % All Natural Hardwood Sugar Maple. Untreated 1/2 inch thick, 6 inches wide, 12 inches long. Hardwood Maple adds a mild subtle smoke to your planked foods. Great when you do want the flavour of smoke to overpower the flavours of your food. Fantastic with steaks, chops, chicken and desserts.
